Does the box come every month?

Nope, think of this as your seasonal refresh. Boxes will arrive before the start of each new season, Shipping mid August (fall), November (winter), February (spring), & May (summer).

How do I watch my seasonal video from you?

Your seasonal videos as well as bonus content will all be waiting for you in your members only page.

When will I be billed?

You will only be billed on the initial day you register for your subscription. Beginning 3 months after your initial registration you will be billed on the 5th day of the month. You will be billed on the 5th every 3 months (unless you elect to skip a season).

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! You are in charge. Simply skip a box by logging into your dashboard.

Can I return my box?

Unfortunately, boxes are not returnable. Being surprised is part of the fun, and stepping outside of your comfort zone is the goal! If something doesn’t fit, I will make that right. With time, I’ll get to know your fit better so that I always get it right!
